|Thanks for the info. I've found a donor car for the sierra back end, its a 2.0L granada ghia with rear disks, so it should have the lobro shafts and the right diff. once I've got the bits, I'll compare it to the drawings/photo's on that site and see if it'll all fit correctly. I'm a bit worried that the 2" tube going across the back of the car will be too weak, and also that the track will be too narrow with the 400 kit. Both easily sorted though!
Cheers for the Torx tips, rest assured I'll fire up the trusty grinder! It sounds like the same sort of thing as the crank pulley bolts on the XE.
