Bit of an update…

I've done some research into V8s, and found the LS6 (405bhp as stock). I can get a new turnkey engine for $7k, or a new LS1 for $5.5k. Which is great… until I did all the measurements, and the v8 would go though the steering rack! I mulled through a few ways round it, but didn't find any satisfactory ways of doing it!

So I've canned the idea of an LS1, and am back on the Peugeot lump again. Which is a bit annoying, as I was looking forward to some grunt.

I've started putting the rear of the car together, and it's starting to come along quite nicely.

It's coming together nicely! 🙂
