In the last couple of years or so, I developed an (unhealthy for my wallet!) interest in machining. It all started when I saw a Van Norman #12 Milling Machine on eBay for a reasonable price, it had to be converted to run off single phase electrics but that was pretty easy to sort out. Then, I bought a Denford Orac CNC Lathe off of eBay again for reasonable money and my interest in computer controlled machining intensified!
